PAST CONFERENCES
Over 400 champions for adult literacy landed in Baltimore for four days of professional development, networking, conversation, and idea sharing to advance adult literacy nationwide.
Keynote speaker Van Jones declared literacy as the superpower that unlocks every other superpower. He spoke about the interconnectedness of literacy and social justice, applauding adult literacy practitioners for changing the world.
We honored exceptional programs, instructors, and students for their achievements, and spent time listening to and learning from each other.
Our 2024 conference left us inspired.
